  • Gather full health history of mother and infant.
  • Assessment of mother: including breast evaluation, current feeding practice, positioning.
  • Assessment of infant: including oral assessment, current latching/positioning.
  • Pre and post feed weight as needed/requested.
  • Detailed care plan.
  • Includes 1 week of follow up with me via secure messaging/email.

Pump consult (home or office)  

$175

  • Gather health history.
  • Pump use observation/evaluation.
  • Flange fit and pump setting review.
  • Create pump plan while away from baby.
  • Milk storage safety education.
  • Paced bottle feeding education.​

Virtual follow-up

Prenatal lactation consult (home or office)

  • Breastfeeding preparation and education.
  • Breast assessment & teach hand expression.
  • Discuss what to expect after birth.
  • Create an action plan
  • Includes 30 minute follow-up call after birth. 

Follow-up lactation consult (home or office)

$175 (Twins $225)

  • Session tailored to mom and baby's specific needs based on previous appointment, in which we will assess current challenges and revise care plan as needed.​

  • ​Similar to the in person visit, health history will be gathered for mom and infant.
  • Virtual assessment of current feeding techniques with guidance provided. 
  • Goal setting and care plan created.
  • Includes 1 week of follow up with me via secure messaging/email.

Weight check (home or office) (pre & post feed)

  • This is a great consult to identify if current nursing is going well.​
  • If concerns are found you will be advised to consult the appropriate resource.
